Utterly amazing in their customer service. I can not imagine they ever get any complaints based on how they run their business. By far the best service in KC. And this is comparing them to any and all business I have worked with personally and professionally.

I have not gotten the playground completed yet but I could not wait to put in a review. Both Steve and his wife and great communicators. They are prompt and responsive. I have been working with all different trades in KS for almost 3 years now and they blew my expectations out of the water. I will write another review after the job but I don't expect anything but 5 STAR work moving forward as well.

It’s been about a year and a half since we purchased from and had Recreation Installations come and install one of their Gorilla playsets in our backyard. During that time our children and their cousins, friends, and random neighborhood kiddos have all enjoyed playing on it so much! It was a really big purchase for our family at the time and we have no regrets! We are definitely getting our return on investment with how much our children and others continue to use the playset. The kids love being outside and finding new ways to use all the features. We feel secure knowing it was installed correctly. That monster doesn’t budge even with all the kids hanging off of it. I am so thankful for Recreation Installations' expertise and guidance during the vetting, purchasing, and installation of this playset. They even gave tips on how to protect it for years to come. It’s definitely becoming a major part of our kids' childhood and they are making happy memories with it! They have a variety of products at varying price ranges and will also install items you've purchased from other brands. We are very happy with the customer service, communication, and care we have received from this business. We highly recommend them!

If you need a basketball goal installed at a great price, look no further. Steve and his team are excellent. They stay in touch the whole way through. They are up front with pricing and just a great company to work with. They take very good care of you property as well. No mess or torn up tuff. Steve and the team and RI are a class act. They provided great input on selection (actually advised against my original more expensive choice), proactively kept me updated throughout pandemic related delays and the install team were professional and very respectful of my property. Every person I spoke with was great and I would highly recommend using them for your project.
