They promptly answered every question we had - and we had a lot! They took the time to do conference calls with us to discuss options. We had drainage pipes under our playground area, so not every piece of equipment was going to work, due to the placement of the footings. They helped us figure out not only which pieces would work, but what position they would need to be placed in order to avoid hitting any lines. They began installation the day they said they would and were able to finish early, thanks to good weather. We ended up purchasing two playground pieces, a 20x24 shade structure and two metal picnic tables. They left our playground absolutely immaculate - they even wiped down all of the playground pieces to remove any dust. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is truly amazing! Anthony DelafuenteI have had Recreation Installations install 2 playsets for me, and they are in the middle of installing a basketball goal. I was more than happy to hire them for the playset installations. I am handy, but I didn't want to spend a weekend putting a playset together. On the basketball goal, they got to work on it right away by calling in utility locates. They moved fast, and were able to get me on their schedule sooner than I had planned. The concrete is poured, and they have a plan in place for the goal install. We are looking forward to having a quality goal in our driveway. I won't hesitate to use them again.
